Shake those winter blues and join the Tiffany Mogenson Memorial Fund in raising funds for dance scholarships. The third annual "Toes in the Sand" Wine Tasting Event will be held on February 16, 2017 at Konrad's Kitchen and Tap House in Lee's Summit. For only $10 you will receive wine and drink tastings and hor dourves. Raffle tickets will also be available at the event for some fabulous prizes to
