1. Full payment due at time of order. Once work begins, no revisions will be allowed.

3. Lead time can be up to 2 weeks, depending on holidays, orders, supply demands, etc. If you want a tumbler for a special occasion, birthdays, Christmas, etc..please allow enoug

h working time.

4. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee. I use USPS and cannot be held responsible for your package once it is shipped. You'll be provided with a tracking number and is up to you to track it.

5. All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds or returns. Each tumbler is custom and unique to each customer. I will discuss with you, your ideas and mine and come to a happy final decision. Once you agree to this, its locked in.

6. Each tumbler comes with care instructions, its vital that you follow these.
