I hope the first few days of October have been good to you!! 🍂🍁

Have you started handwriting the Bible Verses for October yet? If you haven't, it's not too late to jump into the journey to handwrite Bible Verses for October's "HIS Words at HOME in my HEART"!

If you haven't heard of this before, it started as a way to spend more intentional time in God's Word by reading and then handwriting themed verses into a journal, notebook or on index cards.

Handwriting helps us slow down, and as we carefully concentrate on accurately writing the words, we can contemplate the verse, and gives us a better likelihood of remembering what we wrote!!

It gives God's Word space in our heart!!

Our theme for October is "GRACE" and there is so much to learn, to be reminded of, and then to appreciate about God's grace for us!!

🍂🍁Hello Friends & Happy October!!

It's time to 🍂🍁JUMP ON IN 🍂🍁 to the NEW List for "HIS Words at HOME in my HEART" for October!!

So, after September's theme of MERCY, I felt this month should be on the theme of GRACE!!

And, because I had a very hard time trying to choose ONLY 31 verses, I'm planning to continue this theme into another month...so, don't worry if you don't see some of your favorite Bible Verses about GRACE on October's list, because I will be doing a Part 2!

I figured since this is really a contemplative journey to connect with God through reading His Word & handwriting Bible Verses everyday, with the goal of making His Words at home in our hearts,...we really don't need to rush the process!!

Hi Friends!!
I have another FREEBIE Phone Wallpaper for you!!

I hand-lettered one of the Bible verses from this month’s “His Words at Home in my Heart” Bible verse challenge, that I thought would be an encouragement for people!!

The verse is 1 Peter 1:3, “In His Great MERCY He has given us NEW Birth into a Living HOPE through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

I love this verse, and thought this would make a good visual reminder for us about God’s MERCY!!

If you would like it, Comment “MERCY Wallpaper” for the FREEBIE, and I will send it to you!

After you get it, you will want to save it to your photo gallery.
Then go to your phone settings and look for the “Wallpaper” section and follow the prompts to select your choice that you saved in your photo gallery.

Now you can be reminded of the MERCY we have because of Jesus, and every time you look at your phone, it can help you to memorize the verse…if you take a moment to read it each time you see it!

AND, SEPTEMBER’s Bible Verse challenge is 1/3rd of the way into it, and not too late to jump in and spend intentional time in God’s word!!

Hello Friends!!
I have another Phone Wallpaper FREEBIE for you!! ❤

I hand-lettered one of the Bible verses from this month’s “His Words at Home in my Heart” Bible verse challenge, that I thought would be an encouragement for people!!

The verse is Romans 15:13, “May the God of HOPE fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with HOPE by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
