Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to the Warford family and friends. Davy was referred to as the “Burgoo King”. Davys work as a burgoo cook and a committee member helped shape our festival and community. ❤️

William Davis Davy Warford, Jr., 63, husband of Charlotte Marie Stratton Warford, passed away on January 1, 2026, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Frankfort, KY. Born June 14, 1962, in Frankfort, KY, he was the son of the late William Davis Onions Warford, Sr., and Ida Louise Boo Boo
