蓝天 (lán tiàn): “blue sky”
Nickname: Lan

乐乐 (lè lè): “happy happy”
Nickname: Lele

烟花 (yàn huā): “fireworks”
Nickname: Hua

fun fact: yàn huā was a donated from Asian American Student Union and is the teams second lion!

樱桃 (yīngtáo): “cherry”
Nickname: Tao

太阳 (tài yáng): “sun”
Nickname: Tai

夜晚 (yèwǎn): “night”
Nickname: Wan

fun fact: tài yàng was the teams first lion!

We are so excited to announce our two new lions Yīngtáo (樱桃)(Cherry) and Yèwǎn (夜晚)(Night)!
This past weekend our team held an eye dotting ceremony for two lions and awakened them!!
We want to express our greatest appreciation to for helping advise us through this process in honoring these new lions.
We would also like to thank for these two beautiful lions.

Come watch their debut tomorrow for the International Jayhawk Festival at 4:30pm in the Burge Union!! 🎊
