I had reservations there for this weekend Valentine's day weekend from the package that they had sent out I showed up there at the front desk to check in and was told I couldn't check in because I owed $250 for a room I previously had that I smoked in which I've never smoked in a room I never smoked in a room ever I did not do that they're talking about a bottle that was left on the patio from a previous person who stayed there that bottle was there when I checked in I never smoked in one of the rooms I'am a double platinum player there I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars there and to be treated this way has been horrible
Are the pools open and are masks required also what about losers lounge?
I am a DOUBLE Platinum player and I have been for 4 years now. It seems like every year u take something away from us. Now I have to pay a $100.00 deposit to stay there??????? I don't care if I get it back if the room is not destroyed. One of the rewards for being a double-platinum is special privileges. Now we get NONE!!!! I spend a lot of money there and gamble sometimes twice a week, think it's time to find another casino. We get no privileges for all the money we spend. I have been gambling there for going on 19 years and every year it seems we get less and less. If u want to upgrade the rooms, why should we have to pay for it????? The hotel needed it cause u call it a resort!!!!! Most of the time half the escalators don't work and that goes for the elevators also. U can only get hot dogs, pizza, and chicken on the west side. The place next to the nonsmoking, u can buy day-old sandwiched or something that was made in the morning and that's what u get at the end of the day. Very disappointed and don't seem like u care about loyal players. Go back to the old way, when everyone was just a player, not silver, gold, platinum, or double platinum since we are all getting the same benefits!

We spent the weekend at The riverside resort in Laughlin. It was not fun. They closed 4 of 6 elevators and we were on the 22nd floor.. it took 30 minutes to leave this morning. This was due to covid social distancing? Why weren't all 6 elevators open? We ended up carrying our luggage down 44 flights of stairs to get out. Pffft. Never again.
Since there are still no flights listed, can I assume that there won't be any flights scheduled until April?
You need to fix the elevator situation.
