General Stagehand – Las Vegas

Overview
We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to work with our company as Stagehands. The Stagehand’s responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of set-up and breakdown, maintaining their work areas as needed throughout the process, and in some cases, may also be required to assist during rehearsals, shows, and other live events. Working knowledge of stage equipment and safety procedures is a must. Previous experience in the entertainment, live event, or related industries is not required, but is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities
• Coordinating with the Crew Lead for daily duties and activities
• Understanding stage, technical, and job task requirements
• Loading and unloading of lighting, a/v and stage equipment
• Assembling and dismantling staging and related items
• Setting up and breaking down lighting or a/v equipment
• Installing scenery, set pieces, décor, and other background items
• Performing stage/backstage maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Assisting with technical duties during rehearsals or live events.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 General Industry Training
• 1-2 years minimum experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work or stand for long periods
• Ability to follow instructions and focus under pressure.

Pay Rate: $20-25/hour DOE
