Sons of the soil

Our unadulterated local cattle breeds were seen grazing in uncultivated lands while I was traveling from Puliyangudi to Sankarankoil in public Transport. I wondered that not even single crossbred animal is found in the herd as it is commonly available in urban/metro surrounding area. Their body is less fat when compared to cross bred one. The sons of soil are using legs to finds its food and to fillup their rumen . They have liberty to move and freedom to search food. The regurgitation will be carried out in a confined areas of the owner.

அப்பா , மாமா இல்லாத எட்டாவது பொங்கல்;
அம்மா இல்லாத முதல் பொங்கல் ;
பெரிய தலைகள் இல்லாத தலைப்பொங்கல் ;
அதிகாலை காலையில் பொங்கலிட்டு அறுசுவையோடு சமைத்து பரிமாறிய உணவு தேவதை இன்று இல்லை; சுவைத்த நாக்கு மறந்தாலும் உணர்ந்த மூளை நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.
உன்னை மறக்கும் போது ICU வில் அடைக்கப்பட்ட வெண்டிலேட்டர் நோயாளிகள்;
உன் பிரிவை நினைக்கும் போது நெஞ்சில் கல்லெறி வாங்கிய வதைப்படும் தெரு நாய்கள்.
உலகத்தில் எந்த மூலையில் இருந்தாலும் "எய்யா" என்றழைத்தே எங்களை ஒன்று சேர ஓரிடத்தில் இணைத்திடுவாய்.
இன்று ஐம்பூதங்களில் ஊடுருவி விட்டாய் காணக்கிடைக்கவில்லை. காற்று மேனியில் உரசும் போதும் கடல் அலை கரையில் மோதும் போதும் சூரிய ஒளி சுடும்போதும் கால் மண்ணில் தொடும் போதும் "எய்யா" என்ற ஒலியே மனதில் ஒலிக்கிறது.
மந்தையில் உன் அரவணைப்பில் இருந்த ஆடுகள் இப்போது தனித்தனியாக மேய்கின்றன மேய்ப்பன் ஒருவன் கூட இல்லை.
இருண்ட கண்டத்தில் பாதை தெரியாது அண்ணாந்து வானத்தை நோக்கியே நாங்கள் பயணம் செய்கிறோம்.
தூரத்து விடிவெள்ளியாக நீ வேண்டாம் இருளை அகற்றும் முழு மதியாக வர வேண்டும். மலர்ப்பாதை வேண்டாம் மேடு பள்ளம் இல்லாத கண்ணுக்கு நேரான பாதை உருவாக்கி அருள் ஒளி காண்பிக்க வேண்டுகிறோம் .

ஐந்து ரூபாய் பண்டத்திற்கு ஐந்து கிலோமீட்டர் தானே மிதிவண்டி மிதித்து அறுபத்து நான்கு வயது தாத்தா விடம் ஆடிப்பாடி கனிந்து வாங்கிய இனிப்பை சுவைத்து விட்டு அதனுள் இருக்கும் பீப்பியை ஆனந்தமாக ஊதும் ஒரு மழலைப்பையன்.‌ அதில் வருவது நாதமல்ல பரவசமான விண்ணை முட்டும் பாசமும் அன்பும் தான். சுவையை உடல் வெளிப்படுத்த ஒலி உணர்வாக வந்தது.
