Our first day in Florida for the Silver Spurs Rodeo was nothing short of special!
After arriving at 3:30 in the morning, our day got started just a few hours later. ☀️
We toured the Osceola County Sheriff’s training facility, had lunch, and rode big deisel trucks through their beautiful property.
Then we visited two elementary schools to share about the importance of rodeo and how they can be involved. We talked with over 200 kids!
The night ended with a fantastic Florida gator dinner, key lime pie, and saying hello to our little gator friend!
My florist’s eye has been on the how many resources for floral design could come from Florida. Fascinating! From Spanish moss to palmetto fans and other tropical greens, I’m feeling a little bit jealous of these natural forage opportunities!
