Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kerry Carmona, creator and owner of Kandle Karma on Main Street. I came across the post for her new store’s grand opening on this page and knew I had to check it out.

I could immediately tell she’s an artist through and through. Not only does she carry a beautiful selection of pieces from other local artisans, but her candles are by far the coolest and prettiest I’ve ever seen—not to mention how divine the entire place smells! And a cool fact: the artistic genes didn’t stop with her. Her sons helped create the branding images (hand-drawn, not AI) and the very cool T-shirts, and they also help host her candle-pouring parties. I love that.

She’s not new to town, as she’s had two locations and is also set up at—and helps run—the killer farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. She recently moved her gorgeous store to Main Street and added an awesome candle bar. The options for making one-of-a-kind candles are endless, and it doubles as a great place to gather with friends and family.

Tomorrow at 5:30 is Kandle Karma’s grand opening for its new location and candle bar! If you’re curious, stop by and see for yourself what all the hype is about. You will not be disappointed.

Today I got the pleasure of meeting Maureen, the lovely creator of these delightful and beautiful sweet treats!

The icing is perfection…not to sweet and the perfect complement to the variety of textures…pretzel, wafer, Oreo and rice crispies. And can we just say “too cute” to boot!! 🍎✏️

Now I know where to shop for soon-to-be mamas, new mamas, teachers, brides and besties!

I have a feeling Momo and I are going to have some fun as co-hosts together . 😎

I wonder what amazing people and amazing goodies will I discover tomorrow in this blessed little city..🤔✨💖

Today’s tasty local treats: hatch green chile scone, butter pecan scone & this beautiful and delicious peanut butter cookie whipped up by Lost Mooses.

Feeling so blessed that meeting talented and amazing local artisans and trying out their decadent goodies is now part of my job.

Can’t say I can nail down a favorite…maybe round three of tasting will give me clearer insight. Hard work but hey, gotta be done in the name of market research!! 😁
