Starting in April we will open our "Build a Bouquet" section on our web site where you pick the balloons one at a time and we build your arrangement and deliver it to most of Tampa Bay.

Do not use! After confirming time, date a d place 3 times, they did not show up for my event and I was told it was out of their control because they booked a other event over mine. I did not get the balloons I ordered that were going to be the perfect touch to my decor for my parents surprise vow renewal. I hope they do not run business like this I warn all who are contemplating using them.
Be a little apologetic for no call no show
