Here are some pictures from the last mixed media class we held. The smiles on the faces just show how much fun we had. When people ask what mixed media is I describe it as using a bunch of mediums and materials to create a beautiful piece of art. What I love about teaching this class is you don’t have to know how to paint in order for your piece to come out stunning. I will bring in a bunch of patterns and materials to choose from, coastal beach designs, butterflies, sunflowers and more. You will be able to create an 8x10 canvas in this class. Today is our creative day. We are closed on Mondays but will be open tomorrow from 11-5. Here is a little sneak peak of what I am currently working on. The last set of hand painted earrings I made didn’t last very long so I am at it again. They aren’t completely finished yet but they will be done and in the store tomorrow. We have two sizes of hand painted earrings. Smaller like these are $20 for the pair and measure approx. 1.5” h x .9” w. The larger earrings we hand paint are $24 each. These make a wonderful one-of-a-kind gift.

Yesterday we spent our day off at the beach collecting shells to make some of our creations. Please know when we pick from our local beaches we make sure that nothing is alive inside. We even tried to save a few living creatures by putting them back in the ocean. We are open today and would love to see you from 11-5.

We are closed today but will be open tomorrow from 11-5. Here is something I am currently working on. I absolutely love monarch butterflies, so I thought why not paint some wing earrings. They aren’t completely finished yet but they will be done and in the store tomorrow. Our hand painted larger earrings like these are $24 each and the smaller round beach ones in the store are $20 each. These make a wonderful one-of-a-kind gift for a friend.
