CALL FOR ARTISTS — beau cauchemar - A BEAUTIFUL NIGHTMARE 🖤

Eclipse’s Annual Spook Show is back!

Beau Cauchemar ~ an exhibition filled with curiosities, oddities, and artwork that is dark, surreal, moody, strange, haunting, or beautifully unsettling.

We want to see your interpretation of the darkness that pulls you in so deep you can’t look away.

Artists of all styles and mediums are invited to submit work for consideration.

🖤 Submissions accepted through September 14
🖤 Acceptance notifications sent by September 15
🖤 Artwork drop-off: September 18 & 19
🖤 Exhibition: October 2 – November 6

Come help us fill the gallery with something wonderfully weird, mysterious, eerie, and unexpected.

As you make your way around town for Lansdale Founders Day, be sure to stop by the historic Lansdale Freight House for a celebration of local art and creativity!

The Art Show is presented with the Eclipse Center for Creative Community and is a great chance to check out the Freight House while enjoying the work of artists from our community.

✨ Friday Night = Collage Night! ✂️💛

Come cut, glue, laugh, and make something awesome with us at Collage Club on Friday, August 21 at Eclipse Center for Creative Community!

No experience? Perfect! Been collaging for years? Even better! This is a fun, relaxed night with no pressure, just good people, good conversation, and a table full of magazines waiting to become art.

✨ Ages 16+ are welcome!
🍷 21+ may BYOB, bring your favorite adult beverage and snacks and make a night of it!

We’ll have magazines for clipping, glue sticks, mixed media paper, plenty of inspiration, and a welcoming creative community. Feel free to bring your own magazines, papers, books, or other collage treasures too!

⚠️ If you plan to use an X-Acto knife, please bring a cutting mat or cutting board.

Last month we were standing room only, which we LOVE,but we also want to make sure everyone has a seat! 💛

Join us on Monday, August 17th from 6:30-8:30 pm over at Eclipse Center for Creative Community located at 30 Vine St in Lansdale for Make Art Monday. For this month’s project we will be making black cat themed works of art, in honor of Black Cat Appreciation Day. The cost of admission is $10. All skill levels are welcome, so feel free to bring friends. We hope to see you there!

Today at Famous Artist Camp we dove into the colorful world of Frida Kahlo

We learned a bit about her life, then our campers made bold, imaginative self-portraits inspired by her style, each one totally unique!

We love seeing creativity shine through every brushstroke 💛 Check out their amazing work
