Our vision was never just about creating a beautiful space. It was about filling it with people.

Family celebrations, friends gathering around tables, children laughing, creative experiences and those little moments that become lasting memories.

We genuinely love hosting! We love dreaming up the details, welcoming people in and creating a place where everyone feels like they belong.

That was the vision behind Wilde Oak Farms from the very beginning. Not just a place to gather, but a place people would want to come back to again and again.

And seeing it come to life is everything we hoped it would be!

Spooky, but make it cozy.

It’s all about the layers. Start with a rug to ground the space, add a cozy throw to the chair, bring in a slightly unexpected guest, then finish it off with a playful Halloween pillow.

A few simple pieces, layered one at a time, can completely change the mood without going overboard on Halloween decor.

If you have a hydrangea bush, or a friend willing to share theirs, now is the time to grab those clippers!

Once the blooms have dried naturally on the bush, clip them, tuck the stems right into a grapevine wreath and let the hydrangeas do all the work. No complicated supplies. No perfect placement. Just layer them in until your wreath is full.

And the best part? Those faded greens, browns and blush tones are exactly what make dried hydrangeas so beautiful for fall.

Free flowers + a grapevine wreath = one pretty good excuse to raid a friend’s hydrangea bush. With permission, of course.

Fall has a way of flying by while we’re busy planning the next thing. This little game is an easy excuse to sit down, slow down and enjoy a few minutes together.

We swapped the usual X’s and O’s for mini pumpkins, and suddenly an ordinary game felt Fall-ish!

Here’s your reminder to make time for the simple stuff this fall.

Today’s Fall Fest prep took us down a country road to the sweetest little Mennonite farm where we picked pumpkins for the Wilde Oak porch.

Flowers, birdhouses, rows of the most unique pumpkins and Pawpaw along for the adventure, helping us find just the right ones.

Now it’s time to start styling the Wilde Oak porch and get the farm ready for Fall Fest 2026.
