This faith based story allows patrons to step inside the shoes of Africans seeking their freedom in Lancaster County and meet courageous abolitionist from the 1850's.

We’re pleased to welcome Living The Experience as a new PBA Travel Supplier Member!

Located at Bethel AME Church in Lancaster, PA, Living the Experience is an interactive reenactment of the Underground Railroad that invites visitors to step into history and learn about the freedom seekers and abolitionists who shaped Lancaster County during the antebellum period.

Sharing this powerful story since 1998, the experience also includes a Southern-style meal, discussion and local vendors.
