4/26- Cook-off, Rodeo, & Concert
BBQ Gates open- 9:00 AM
Beans- 11:00 AM
Chicken - 12:00 PM Kids Pick up Steaks to Marinate
Ribs - 1:00 PM
Pork- 2:00 PM
Brisket- 3:00 PM
Kids Que- 4:30 PM Steaks MUST be Cooked in Kids
Que Area - (No exceptions)
Awards- Approx. 6:00 PM
