Seashells of Southwest Florida: Here are ten relatively common shallow-water species of drills and murex snails of the family Muricidae. They are: (1) Cabrit’s Murex (*Vokesimurex cabritii*); (2) Pitted Murex (*Favartia cellulosa*); (3) Mauve-Mouth Drill (*Calotrophon ostrearum*); (4) Sharp-Rib Drill (*Eupleura sulcidentata*); (5) Tampa Drill (*Eupleura tampaensis*); (6) Lace Murex (*Chicoreus florifer*); (7) Apple Murex (*Phyllonotus pomum*); (8) Gulf Oyster Drill (*Vokesinotus perrugatus*); (9) Rose Murex (*Vokesimurex rubidus*); (10) Florida Rock Snail (*Stramonita floridana*).
