Well… apparently I’ve come full circle. 😂👕

TheJRuthCo actually started with me designing T-shirts before I somehow wandered into bowl covers, beeswax wraps, bread bags and all the other reusable kitchen goodness. 🐝

But I’ve been missing the design side of things, so I decided to dip my toes back in.

And THIS little caffeine-fueled trash panda seemed like the only appropriate way to do it. 😂🦝☕

Honestly, if “caffeine, sarcasm & chaos” were a personality type, I may have found my target audience. 🤣

My first new shirt is officially LIVE on Etsy tonight, and I have a feeling this is only the beginning. 👀

Y’all… TheJRuthCo has a BRAND NEW little something coming, and I’m ridiculously excited to finally introduce you to Rosie the Baby Highland Cow! 🤎🐮

Rosie is part of my new Cut + Glue Art Kit Collection, made for little hands, big imaginations, and parents who would occasionally like their children entertained by something that does NOT require Wi-Fi. 😂✂️

Each kit comes with everything needed to create their very own Rosie:

Soooo apparently I’ve entered the “buy every tiny craft supply in existence and turn the kitchen into a toddler workshop” phase of TheJRuthCo. 😂🎨🌸

We’ve got wood.
We’ve got paint.
We’ve got buttons.
We’ve got glue.
We’ve got approximately 84,000 popsicle sticks.

And I have exactly zero chill about what I’m working on. 🤣

Something BRAND NEW is coming to TheJRuthCo and it’s cute, creative, screen-free, made for little hands, and quite possibly responsible for me losing the use of my dining table indefinitely.

I’m still testing, tweaking, cutting things apart, putting them back together, staring at them, changing my mind, and saying, “WAIT… what if I did THIS?” every seven minutes.

Basically, product development over here is thriving. 😂

I cannot WAIT to show you what these supplies are turning into.

Life has been a little… loud lately. 💛

I’ve been pretty radio silent around here since our move to Florida and my husband-ish’s injury. Between unpacking, appointments, work, and trying to remember what day it is, TheJRuthCo has been running a little quieter than usual.

But… we’re finally starting to catch our breath.

I’ve been back in the sewing room, dreaming up new products, restocking some favorites, and working on a few fun surprises that I can’t wait to share with you.

Until then, I’m just going to leave these beauties right here because they deserve a little love. 🧵🌿🐝

These bread bags are hands down one of my biggest sellers, especially for all my sourdough people… or, as I lovingly call you, my sourdough dealers. 😂🍞

Okay, now THIS is the kind of review that makes my little handmade heart do cartwheels. 🥹❤️

Not only did she leave a five-star review saying her KitchenAid bowl cover and matching bow were well-made, adorable and “just perfect,” she also messaged me afterward because she forgot to mention the complimentary bread bag and my customer service.

She recently started baking bread, had been needing a bread bag and said she’ll definitely be back for more. THAT is exactly why I love doing this. It isn’t just about sewing a product and shipping it out. It’s about making someone happy, adding a thoughtful little surprise and letting them know how much their support truly means to my small business.

But also… can we please discuss that wooden KitchenAid bowl?! 😍 I had to share her photo because I am absolutely in love with the whole setup. TheJRuthCo is currently packing up both home and shop for a big move to Florida 🌴✨ Because of the move, my Etsy shop will be temporarily closed until at least June 22 while I get everything relocated and settled.
