Cajun Heritage RV Park has the best cook-offs and events all around! It always has such a great vibe even in the pouring rain lol. The weather is so unpredictable here in Louisiana! I still came out and set up and was able to paint and get them smiling faces because of Body Color Cosmetics !!! Face painting roses can take years sometimes for painters to get down! They are one of my favorite things to paint and there are so many ways to create them! This practice board is so awesome to demonstrate them on both sides of the face and two different designs using two different brushes!

I'm overly excited to have received my new practice/ display boards and paint palettes! They literally got here from the UK to the US in less than a week!!!
I have been going through a lot due to being severely anemic, a move into a new house, setting up my studio, kids being out of school etc.
By God's grace I'm getting a long overdue iron infusion tomorrow morning so I will be ready for a very busy weekend!!!

I was inspired by Sally-Ann Lynch Training Tried & Tested photos shared today along with some others that I saw online to practice on my all time favorite board of hers. The ofree realistic practice for! Really like how these came out, and I am so excited to be getting all of my new practice and display boards that should be here In the next few days! Stitch is my nemesis, I got the stencil versus pretty much down packed But I have been working on my one stroke skills like crazy!

Some pics today from such a a cute event in Jennings LA today at the Gary Family Farm & Petting zoo! Everyone braved the heat like champs and although some guests chose traditional face paint, many requested waterproof... so a I was able to utilize my go to for water proof paints using Body Color Cosmetics !!!!
Will be back out there next Sunday with the fog bubble machine AND my incredible giant fan because I have a feeling that this summer in Louisiana is going to be a wild one with the heat!!! We got this covered!!!
