Daily art is secretly awesome. It drops cortisol faster than your therapist’s bill. It releases dopamine like legal happy pills. It gives your racing mind a fun timeout with no meditation guilt. It lets you emotionally dump without judgment. Draw your boss as a potato if you need to.
It does not matter if your sketch looks like a drunk raccoon drew it. The point is not perfection. It is giving your brain daily creative recess.
Start tiny. One terrible sunflower. A chaotic blob. Just do something creative every day.
