It was an honor to carve this huge oak into something meaningful for our community. It’s been delivered to its new home, at the Rusk County Farmers Market site in Ladysmith. The oak was donated to me by my longtime friends Tom and Cathy Metnik. Thank you both! And a huge thank you to Gary Koeferl for all the help moving this thing around and getting it to town in one piece!
My hope is that kids that come to see it will use it as a guide to identify the items in the actual market.
