7MS Livestock has donated a market goat from their stock for next year or since some people have breeders already they will pay $400 towards your goat.

40 tickets available $20 a piece.

Tickets will be available Thurston County Fairgrounds and Event Center during fair. JULY 30th thru AUG. 2nd. Outside the sheep barn.
We will be taking Cash, Venmo, Zelle.

Side note… for those that won’t be attending the fair, you can still purchase tickets. Please reach out to this page or Lance McElroy. You can buy tickets. Photo of your tickets will be sent to you, as well as your info will be placed on tickets for drawing.

Hopefully all you parents have been practicing your showmanship skills!!
Saturday Aug. 1st Thurston County Fairgrounds and Event Center we will be having Adult showmanship.
Cost is $10 to nominate someone
$20 to get out of it.
This will be fun for everyone and it raises money for the kids! Get your list of nominees ready.
Nominations will be taken at the Expo raffle table!

Some excited news… we will have a raffle set up at the Thurston County Fair, to help raise money for next years event.

The best news… We will also be having sheep adult showmanship, $10 to nominate someone and $20 to buy yourself out. Start making a list of people to nominate!!!! They don’t need to have sheep experience, this is fun for all. This will help fund the event next year as well as the Sheep department!!

2027 show is currently in the works! In order to make it a great show, we are looking for the goods and the bads of 2026.
Let us know what could be better, stay the same, or etc.
we are thinking of adding breeding animals but that will take away from showmanship/fit clinics.

Let us know your thoughts. We are hoping to get a raffle or silent auction together to get some funds coming in.
Who wouldn’t want a gift certificate for next years market/breeding goat or sheep. Thoughts…
