We’re officially beginning our search for a Studio Manager for our LaVale location! 💚
We’re looking for someone who loves leading people—someone who enjoys developing a team, can bring both encouragement and accountability, takes initiative, solves problems, and wants to take real ownership of helping a business succeed.
And here's the best part...
You don't need to know a thing about pottery.
🎨 We can teach you pottery.
🐸 We can teach you Mr. Toad's.
💚 What we're looking for is a leader.
Our new team member will begin as a Studio Manager in Training, learning Mr. Toad's from the ground up before progressively taking on greater leadership responsibility and ultimately stepping into the Studio Manager role.
This is a full-time position, with structured training, competency-based advancement, $19–$24/hour + tips, and benefits.
