🧠 KNOWLEDGE:

According to neuroscience, creativity developes in a child by age 2 and if not properly nurtured, it will fade by age 10.

This is why as adults, we sometimes loose our imagination because life has taught us to schedule, structure, always perform, and make no mistakes.

As a child thinks, so should you at times.

Journaling, writing prompts, brsin dumps, and voice diaries are excellent ways to spark creativity.

By accessing these tools once a day for at least 15 minutes can free your brain from clutter and debris.

Allow yourself to IMAGINE again.

You have a story waiting to be unleashed inside of you!

HAPPY THURSDAY: I won the poetry slam. The first slam of the year. This is a very humbling experience. I was up against 3 other talented poets. It started with my poem "Essence" 1st Round
"Whatever I Am" 2nd Round
"I'm Done" 3rd and Final Round

I promised myself that I would do more of the things I love. This is the first of many!
