I've been asked often to teach art classes, & I just don't feel comfortable with it ~ BUT, here you may find notes, tips, process pics & possibly little tutorials at times. ting things down; my artwork uses lots of color to express human emotion (both positive and negative) ~~ visual art is usually the way I make my strongest connections with other people. My current artist statement ::

I create multicolor portraits with a current focus on combining watercolor and colored pencil. As I deal with mental illness, art has been a beautiful way for me to communicate what I can’t explain otherwise. Since people often say they feel an emotional connection to my work, I feel comfortable expressing openly to let others know they aren’t struggling alone.
