It’s with both deep gratitude and a heavy heart that we announce the official closing of Thunder Road Theatre Company.
Established in 2019, we set out with a simple mission — to bring heartfelt, honest stories to life and to build a place where community and creativity could thrive. Along the way, we shared laughter, tears, and unforgettable moments with all of you — our audience, our cast and crew, and everyone who believed in the magic of live theatre.
From the romantic charm of Barefoot in the Park, to the quirky heart of Miracle on South Division Street, to the resilience and raw beauty of Steel Magnolias — each production was a labor of love. And each one was made possible by the incredible talent, time, and passion poured in by so many.
Though our time on stage was brief, it was nothing short of meaningful. We leave the lights dimmed, not in defeat, but in reverence — proud of what we created, humbled by your support, and grateful for every laugh, every applause, every moment you shared with us.
To everyone who ever sat in our audience, worked behind the scenes, stepped into a role, or simply cheered us on: thank you. You were the heart of Thunder Road.
This road may be ending, but the stories, friendships, and memories will live on.
