🥸 MEET THE CAST!
PART 8:
If you know him, you love him! That's right everyone, it's John Greenawalt! Or should we say, 'Your Highness.' John is not only the king of character development, circle time warm-ups, pep talks (and SO much more there's not even enough room to list it all), but he's actually playing our "King."
John is a 4th grade teacher at Immaculate Conception Parish School. He is working on his 25th year directing at Clarion Area High School. He also directs at Immaculate Conception School and Clarion-Limestone High School. He says, "I love seeing kids come out of their shells." His love for his job is evident in his methods and the genuine relationships he fosters with anyone who is lucky enough to be around him. When he's not teaching or directing, you can find him running, kayaking, and just being with his family and friends.
Not only does John help lead and guide us all, but he makes us LAUGH! And he was kind enough to give us a story to share with you all:
"I played one of the sheriff of Nottingham's henchmen. I had to interact with the audience while dressed incognito as a girl- I had two apples in my top and pulled one out and started to eat it and got one of the best laughs in a show!"
I'm sure you can you see why he is in charge of character development. You're guaranteed to laugh at his antics! So don't miss the opportunity! July 17-19 at the Sawmill Theater! All shows start at 7:00 pm. Come with a friend, come with a group, or come by yourself and we'll be your friends!! But come ready to laugh and sigh and sing along as we present, "CINDERELLA."
