my supplement experience has been fierce over the last year. i have been getting on track and realizing how 'off' i have been most of my life.
naturopath + EMDR + Reiki + journaling + art = whole body healing. feels pretty good, too. thankful to have found my way to all of it, and allowed myself to try it.
oh, and i'm not taking these all at once! i have had to use various protocols for a month or two, then get adjustments, and so on. of all the health care professionals that I or my children have used over the last 20 years, the natural route to go has been my favorite. we still use pharmaceuticals, but rely more heavily on supps.
it has taken a lot of years to figure all this out. i always wonder if other people are doing this, too? i may need to add 'health journey support group' to my equation. xoxo

I taught a resiliency class at Lakeland CC yesterday. Another great morning, wonderful experience and connections. A group challenge led to these creations. Participants were given an envelope of random things and needed to be intentional with them. Sounds a bit like life, huh? Heather Luna Farkas
