This baby fawn is one of my first medium sized sculptures that I did over a year ago. My carving skills have gotten significantly better in that time. This little fawn still has a lot of potential though it is definitely stylized art and anatomy was not the focus. This evening, I am adding more realistic eyes with an epoxy pour as well as eyelids. I believe when I’m done with it, it will be a pretty nice sculpture.
