Crooked Valley Farms has immediate openings for dedicated operators. Located in Killdeer ND, we’re dedicated to pushing our acres to their full potential and showing pride in our work in any shape or form required. We host a fleet of new model John Deere power units and trade in every few years to expand out fleet's with upgrading technology. We are farming just over 1,000 acers of corn, soybeans and oat's, with the ability to TRIPPLE that land coverage with the right help.
Employee requirements include but not limited to-
-Being available during busy seasons. (In game)
-Being able to follow instructions when given.
-Being active on discord.
-No drama.
-Ability to pass a rigorous written application
-Speak fluent English
-16+ with basic farming knowledge or background.
-Experience with John Deere operating systems
-Valid CDL (not required but preferred)
-Ability to be around during slow seasons. (Shop time, equipment maintenance, grain hauling, etc.)
-Cattle experience.
-Experience with haying equipment and proper PM daily.
-Experience with planting & harvesting equipment and daily PM.
-Sprayer Experience a plus, valid applicator license a plus along with proper chemical certifications. Will train the right person, and the ability to run rows and efficiently cover acres.
-Experience with, anhydrous and dry box equipment is a must. Safety is our highest priority and our ground demands nothing BUT the best. And common sense around Anhydrous is absolutely required!
-Every acre we have is variable rate, from manure to planting, ability and common sense to zero a guidance line to stay on a strip is REQUIRED!
Housing and vehicle will be provided after your 90 days with fulltime employment.
Pay is based on experience.
Acre bonus, Seasonal bonuses and raises. 5 days paid vacation after first 6 months +2 days every year.

Now that all the seriousness of the post is done, we are a "small" server and looking to grow. We look for friendships over numbers, if accepted you are more of a friend in a friend group than just a player. We have around 5 solid guys that like to play and have fun, we also play other games as well (in the discord will be a list of other games we play and you are more than welcome to come join us on those as well) so farming isn't always on the schedule. We are not looking to be a "maxed out server" but we would like some more guys to make the roleplay just that much more fun and immersive. We don't post "hiring posts" often, but people do come and go as life changes. Come join us and just have fun doing what you enjoy!
