To the family who left that review: thank you. You have no idea how much your words meant to me both personally and professionally. 😭😭

To my incredible team: thank you for believing in our vision, holding me accountable, and working tirelessly each day to provide the level of care our families deserve. I am grateful for each of you!

To our families, your children, our community partners, and those who continue to support us thank you. And thank you to the Town of Kernersville for allowing us to call this community home.

For current and future business owners, if I could offer a few pieces of advice, they would be:
• Put God first.

• Don’t make money your primary motivation.
• Value and respect your staff.
• Understand that business ownership is not a simple clock-in, clock-out role.
• Always take care of your customers and your team.

Hey Bizi Kidz Kville Family,

As the owner of Bizi Kidz Kernersville location, I wanted to share a moment of transparency with you all.

Tonight, our workday ended around 9:15–9:30 PM. When I finally got home, I received a notification that we had received a new review. I told myself I would read it once I got settled and got my little one ready for bed. After searching for my laptop charger, finishing bedtime routines, and returning to work as I often do late into the evening I finally sat down to read it.
As I read the review, tears immediately filled my eyes. Not because it was negative. Quite the opposite. It was because God placed something positive on one of our families’ hearts at a moment when I needed it most.

What many people don’t see is that since the end of March, I’ve been working 12–16 hour days while also being a full-time caregiver and parent to my special needs child and continuing to work part-time in my career as a paralegal. There have been many nights when I’ve cried from exhaustion. I’ve skipped meals, missed workouts, shortened my Bible study time (Asking God daily to forgive me), missed special events, put off vacations, and sacrificed time with my own family.But through it all, our families continue to remind me why this journey and sacrifice is worth it.

We often say, “We love our families,” but love is more than a word it’s an action. At Bizi Kidz Kville, we don’t just tell our families and children we care about them; we strive to show it every single day.
When I became a small business owner, it wasn’t because I was wealthy (far from that).It wasn’t because I had all the answers, a blueprint for success, or dreams of becoming a millionaire overnight. I knew there would be sleepless nights, difficult decisions, sacrifices, and challenges.
What I also knew was this: families and children matter. They matter whether we make $1, $100, or $1,000.

We are customer-service driven and family-focused, and we would not be here one year and one month later without the trust and support of our amazing families.

We received several calls today regarding the Juneteenth holiday on June 19 and whether we will be open.

We are happy to let you know that Bizi Kidz Kville will still be open and operating during our regular summer business hours from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

We will also be hosting our weekly Friday Parent Night Out from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM if we have registered families. If you would like your child to attend, please reserve their spot by 4:00 PM on June 19 via DM, Email, or text 336-929-1989.
