Hello hello guys 👋
How has everyone been! I have been MIA from here for such a long long time that I would really like to connect back, drop a 👋 if you still remember me 😭
For those who are new, welcome people. There is so much that has happened in this last year, it’s hard to interpret and consolidate but I will try. I finally landed a job, moved to a house, switched my job, went on trips, went to India after a long time, had my younger sister married, started gardening 👩‍🌾 and the list goes on! Phew 😮‍💨
Now coming back to painting, this piece was on the easel since ages and it has taken numerous sittings, the last one being yesterday night. You can still see that shiny paint that is still to dry out. I have forced myself to practice oil painting and you can see that I have fairly surpassed the blockage that I had with this medium. Really happy how this turned out. This would go perfectly well with my other leaf paintings 🍃

Bougainvillea bunch 💕

By popular demand Bougainville might be the most requested flowers to paint! I have been constantly fighting my fear of painting these for such a long time! Finally I did pick up my abandoned piece and completed it and I feel so relieved 😅 enjoy this bunch of pinkish white Bougainville people🙋🏻‍♀️

Fuchsia blooming on a 4x6 canvas sheet 💕💕 -acrylics
Trying to complete my series of 4x6 canvas sheets. I already have a wall filled with 7 of these and this is the 8th one and the brightest piece! Look at the colors people they make me so happy 😁 I have just 1 canvas sheet remaining of this size.
Also, i tried Liquitex basics acrylics for the first time, the variety of colors they offer is super impressive🙌🏻

🌱Plant Shelfie 🌱- gouache on paper
Happy weekend guys! I have moving on to a plant shelfie vibe lately instead of drawing individual potted plants and look at this piece that turned out. I think this is the cutest one till now. I just framed it and kept it next to my framed plant desk piece.
I hope you guys love it too! What is not their to love, it’s like a dream Shelfie for life 🙈.

Cacti 🌵 Desk ✨✨- gouache on paper
I haven’t drawn so many plants in one go till now and I can already feel this is working great now! I should do this more so guys more coming around very soon 🙆🏻‍♀️
How do you guys like this one. Let me know in the comments, it took me much more time to paint the desk-> the cacti->the pots-> and finally the thorny details. Totally worth it I guess!

I rarely do a concept painting so this one is one of those rare pieces. With all that is going on in the world today I have not been able to deliver myself completely to painting in the past few days so less posts here. But I certainly had a lot of time to ponder and think about.
This one symbolises what you could as the current generation change so that the next generation coming rising from your generation’s blood can become and be. You have that power of change so be the change!
On a lighter note I am delving myself into a lot of different things out of my comfort zone like oil painting and digital painting! Also this one is painted with paints that I recently ordered. Feels a bit chalky but works smooth.

Croton in Gouache🌿
A new houseplant on the feed after so many day a 😬
When I was in India the only plant with the best colourful foliage I knew was Croton and it is my favourite.
If you want colour in your plants, you can bring some flowers or you get a croton? I would definitely get a croton coz it lasts forever 🙆🏻‍♀️ agree?

I make an exclusive range of acrylic paintings mainly on canvas. I love to experiment with art and create pieces based on whatever comes to my mind. Since I don’t like to restrict or limit myself, I paint thoughts and ideas as and when they come to me. This in itself, becomes the unique selling point for my work. My mother is an artist who supports my love for creating artwork and I count her as one of my biggest sources of inspiration. But how did I get started? I have always been interested in art since my younger years as I grew up watching my mother paint. So it’s been almost 15 years now since my love affair with art started.
