Answer main reception phone.
• Respond to emails including client books, a/p and a/r inquiries.
• Update online calendars with most accurate schedule.
• Respond to new leads daily.
• Book and conduct event space tours, answer questions.
• Book events space, music studio and photography studio using online booking system.
• Track/collect payments for bookings.
• Assist client with event planning as needed.
• Data enter expenses into QuickBooks.
• Process accounts receivable/payable.
• Reply to customers via email, phone, platforms, and more.
• Reply to supplier emails.
• Fill out and signing forms and documents.
• Fill, sign, collect and organize digital forms or documents (Google Drive).
• Manage the team's schedule, including scheduling per diem engineers/photographers
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
• Promote social media sites including IG and FB.
• Order office supplies/track inventory
• Coordinate cleaning and facility crews.
