Recycled Charm by Cynthia Harlow My name is Cynthia Harlow, and since 2021 I've been creating unique works of art from vintage and recycled jewelry.

Both moms shared a love for jewelry, and I've always loved making art—so we combined the two passions, and Recycled Charm was born.
