Today’s food demonstration presentation was a tribal cultural exchange. Baylee LaCompte, Standing Rock tribal member, taught the session on making Wojapi (Lakota Berry Pudding). Students were explaining to the presenter on how it appears to be similar to Diné Blue Corn Mush.
