HIRING NOW - LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGIATE CODERS
For the next phase of the https://carnaticmusicbooknotations.com/ website, we will be providing notations in addition to the existing index of compositions. We need volunteers to write code that will generate PDFs of individual songs using the PDFs of music books (which I will provide).
Objective: To split the PDF of a book into PDFs of individual songs
Input: Large singular PDF of a book containing several notations, Excel File containing Table of Contents of the book
Output: Individual PDFs of each notations in the book
Required Skills - Intermediate proficiency in C, C++, Python, or Java

Example Input :
(1) PDF of Book of National Anthem Music Notations (Containing India National Anthem, UK National Anthem, US National Anthem), (2) Excel File - Table of Contents (India National Anthem - Starting at Pg 2, UK National Anthem - Starting at Pg 4, US National Anthem - Starting at Pg 6)
Example Output :
PDF of India National Anthem, PDF of UK National Anthem, PDF of USA National Anthem
Participation in this project can be listed as a Passion Project or Internship opportunity on your college application. We will also add your name and biography on the “Creators Page”. Monetary compensation can be discussed one-on-one.
