Your official packing list is here!!

The weather is currently looking to be HOT next week for the festival, so prepare for mid to high 80 degree F days and 60-70 degree F nights!

Although we will have lots of dorms, rooms, and indoor gathering spaces with air conditioning we will still have a lot of summer camp style vibes and outdoor activities, so come prepared for all weather conditions and spending time in nature!

We also highly recommend bringing all your outdoor gear, even if you aren't camping, so you have all the necessary blankets, towels, yoga mats, chairs, hammocks etc. to enjoy the the nature and hanging around the lakes and bonfires!

Let us know if we missed anything and we can't WAIT to gather with you all in just over a weeks time!! :D

Chef Kenny and our team will be cooking up an incredible menu based around whole plant foods with the default hot food bar items being oil-free, gluten free, and refined sugar free!

Please help us welcome Nina Goradia to Vibrant Vegan Fest! 💚

Nina will be guiding a powerful somatic healing workshop, helping participants gently reconnect with their bodies, process emotions, and cultivate greater resilience.

We know as that as compassionate and empathetic people living in a world build on normalized violence, it is all to easy become depressed, overwhelmed, angry or burnt out.

Many of us desperately NEED the tools and guidance to process and work through our feelings without just ignoring or suppressing them, and we are so grateful that Nina will be sharing her gifts with us on this!

Big announcement: Beyond Meat is joining us as a partner at Vibrant Vegan Fest this year! 🌱

We LOVE our whole-food plant based (WFPB) cooked-from scratch buffet meals, and that's still absolutely the heart of our menu!

Buuuuut we also LOVE collaborating with other vegan businesses and plant-based companies who make awesome products and share our mission too!!

And we want our festival food to be as easy, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone as possible, including those who are newer to trying plant-based options and looking for more nostalgic replacement foods.

We are so grateful to Beyond for donating some Beyond Sausages and Beyond Grounds that we can serve as an option with our meals like our chili, lasagna, and breakfast scramble!

And we LOVE that Beyond Grounds in particular are made with simple ingredients whole food ingredients and are fully GF, Soy-Free, & Nut-Free -- which fits perfectly with our goal of making our main hot food bar default as inclusive as possible for all allergens and dietary preferences!

Excited to have Beyond Meat along for the ride this September!
