Theatre reviews are so rare these days, and you have to take the bad with the good. But there’s more good than bad in this one AND it’s a top 10, recommend play to see by this Los Angeles reviewer. Mine and an August Wilson play. Didn’t see that coming. 😱
“The play hangs on the Twilight Zone mystery revealing the cultural ethos of an American backwater in 1946, and how that ethos contrasts with that of the 21st century. The author’s insightful view is that the differences are in technology, less so in rudimentary human behavior. “
