We're honored to save this baby grand harp for these homeowners in the West Plaza! Once owned and played by the husband's grandfather in the 1930s Big Band era, this was a sentimental piece for sure, and we're proud to do our part to display its beauty for years to come.

Pulled an all‑nighter in the shop with a baby grand, a couple of screwdrivers, some teenage muscle and a few headlamps.

There’s nothing like opening a piano that’s lived a lifetime of music to reveal the beauty hidden inside—harps, hammers, keys, all that timeless craftsmanship. Each one is mysterious, unique and beautiful in its own way.

Pulling the action out of this century-old Steinway revealed hammers and dampeners we haven’t seen before. And we can’t wait to show you what this one becomes. Stay tuned for our progress or explore more at secondchairart.com.
