We will not normalize actions that cause trauma or pain. We will be the heart of compassion. We must hold hope in the insane. For even in the critical query grace abides. Ever present truth that is love, order, release, life at its best. Healing spaces from the center. Where the human mind understands it is one with One. In this we give thanksgiving. Let us pray. Casting out our fears, resting in the consciousness of truth. As we hold our loved ones tightly, grateful for the awareness of Spirit in the middle of the storm. With a great intention we visualize dissipation as the storm returns to the spaces which it formed. In the spaces the storm continues to rage we listen to the hum of Spirit, creating a vibration of peace within the heart. We know beyond all appearances, this too shall pass and we are okay. The light of God surrounds each of us, the love of God enfolds each of us, the power of God protects us all, and wherever we are in all spaces, God is. In the name and nature of the living loving Christ. Amen.

My beloved, As you take a deep breath, breathe deeply in and allow your body to soften. You find yourself moving into a direct peace in the cadence of your heart and breath. Your shoulders have dropped and while the pain has lingered it is no longer your focus. For here is your bridge to truth, where only God resides. Where the breath is no longer yours and it is a sweet melody as comfort to your mind and body. There are whispers of love to every cell of your body where they radiate love and resilience. The pain has become a memory as you rest in your gratitude of Spirit which is your life-force. You feel the center and know you are the circumference of being.The answers sought have been received. The soul knows I got this, Gods got this and all is well. In the name and nature of the living loving Christ. Amen.

A Prayer to take pause on this International Day of Peace …

One Presence. One Life. One Living Earth.

There is One Presence and One Power—
the living, loving, intelligent Presence
that moves through all creation.

I enter this moment in reverence.

I breathe with the Earth.
I listen with the heart of the forest.
I become still with the mountains.
I flow with the rivers.
I rise with the winds.
I receive the warmth of the sun
and the mystery of the stars.

The life within me
is part of the Life within the tree.
The breath within me
is joined to the breath of every creature.
The waters within my body
belong to the great waters of Earth.

There is one Life expressing itself
as bird and bee,
whale and wolf,
flower and forest,
seed and soil,
ocean and cloud,
stone and starlight.

May peace awaken in the consciousness of humanity.

May we remember that the Earth is not merely something we inhabit,
but a sacred expression of Life itself.

May our thoughts become gentler.
May our choices become wiser.
May our hands become healing hands.
May our communities become places where life can flourish.

For every animal seeking shelter,
for every plant reaching toward the light,
for every forest breathing in silence,
for every river seeking the sea,
for every ocean carrying the ancient memory of Life—

I hold a consciousness of peace.

For the elements—
Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—
I offer gratitude and reverence.

For the heavens above us,
the stars beyond us,
and the vast cosmos within which we live,
I surrender my smallness into wonder.

Together let us affirm “Peace within, peace around, peace through all life.”

In Nepal we pray for the hundreds missing and lives lost with the mud slide. We pray for those affected by the 90 wild fires in the Western half of the United States. We pray for those affected by flooding in Gary, Indiana and surrounding communities who were challenged by the derecho. We pray for those across North America and Europe who are dealing with heat domes. We pray for this planet and the significant changes it is undergoing now which affects the balance of life … from human and domesticated animals to what remains wild and free. We sing a song of wholeness and healing in every direction across land and ocean, touching sky and earth knowing love is the greatest vibration. Where a sacred reverent pause rests in the experience acknowledging all that is holy ground. Spirit, Divine Intelligence is everywhere speaking to creation. Affirming peace and power. In this blessing we give thanks to our sweet planet and the gifts yielded in every moment. In the name and nature of the living loving Christ.

Let us pause and send our love across the ocean as rescue attempts continue. Seeing those who wait in darkness beneath the rubble calm and centered beyond current circumstance. Knowing Spirit has the moment. Holding spaces for all members of the rescue teams as they trust their mind and inner guidance to do what may feel like at times the impossible. In this now moment we hold and see a great blanket of comfort and love enfolding the inhabitants of Japan, from its people to every living creature in strength and power of source. In the present stillness we see the unfoldment of answered prayers spoken and unspoken. Thank you and Amen.

On July 28, 2026 at 4:27 pm Japan time, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck Kumamoto Prefecture in Southern Japan.

This quake has caused a lot of devastation and it is compounded by the fact that it happened in the hottest and most humid time of the year.

Please send Prayers and Reiki to the people of Kyushu Island, especially Kumamoto Prefecture.

Where there is apathy, let me provoke.
Where there is compliance, let me bring questioning.
Where there is silence, let me be a voice.
Where there is too much comfort and too little action
Grant disruption.
Where there are doors closed and hearts locked,
Grant the willingness to listen.
When laws dictate and pain is overlooked…
When tradition speaks louder than need…
When we refuse to take control of our own spiritual growth…
