Can you actually use your most uncomfortable, scary, dark, emotions to feel more pleasure in your body?
Alot of the time we try to emphasize meditation, breathwork, exercise, eating healthy to feel our best. And these things are amazing and thing I incorporate into my life. But what about the darker stuff?
The stuff that you don’t want to do?
Does eating healthy really help when you’ve been avoiding your anger and rage?
Does meditating on how grateful you are really help when you are constantly distracting yourself from your depression?
Is s€x with a partner really as mind blowingly or****ic as it could be if you have numbness and pain within your body?
I think we’ve all missed a step when it comes to healing. We want to jump to the focusing on the positives which is a huge help. But what happens when those dark things start to creep in?
What happens when you can’t talk your way out of being depressed and you know you shouldn’t be because you’re so blessed and you have so much to be grateful for?
What happens when you are overworked, haven’t gotten much sleep, and everyone needs something from you and it’s just overwhelming and too much to handle?
When we run away from looking at our anger, depression, anxiety, shame, embarrassment we are miss out on a portal so huge that will unlock the deepest most immense pleasure and aliveness our bodies have ever felt.
What if looking at your depression actually made you fall in love with yourself even more?
What if feeling that deep rage actually made you expand into the most or****ic bliss that you felt throughout your entire body?
What if anxiety was actually a way to see where your body wants to expand more into abundance?
