Booth Rental Opportunity in Yucca Valley:
Strata Tattoo Lab LLC has been proudly rooted in Yucca Valley for 21+ years, not by accident, but by intention. We set the bar high, keep it there, and stay busy because of it. Lately...we’ve been at the “we could clone ourselves but that’s frowned upon” kind of busy. So- we’re opening the door to an established, professional tattoo artist who operates as an independent business owner and is looking for a solid space to run their craft.
🚨 Important Stuff
This is a booth rental opportunity, *not employment.
All artists at Strata Tattoo Lab LLC are independent business owners who:
Rent space as needed (60/40 booth rent structure)
Operate their own businesses
Market and promote themselves
Manage their own clientele and bookings
You must:
Have 5+ years of professional tattooing experience
Maintain a strong, current portfolio
Have your business registered with the Town of Yucca Valley
Be properly permitted through the County of San Bernardino
Carry your own insurance
If you don’t have all the paperwork squared away yet, no worries, we’re happy to point you in the right direction. It’s more straightforward than people think.
We’re looking for a seasoned tattoo professional who:
Understands how to operate independently and responsibly
Already has (or is actively building) a solid clientele
Knows how to market themselves without being allergic to social media
Provides excellent customer service
Works well in a shared studio environment
Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their craft
Bonus points if you already have a local clientele.

No apprentices or beginners
No hobbyists or “tourists in the trade”
No heavy drama, oversized egos, or unprofessional behavior
No *illegal substance abuse or alcohol issues
No part-time dabblers testing the waters
This is a long-haul career space. We respect the craft, the clients, and each other.
