My New Bern trip is almost complete, heading home now. While it was a nice trip for my new potential home, it was also a much needed vacation after how stressed my mom and have been the last few years. Just a few hours on the beach and in the mountains of NC took my brain out of the fight or flight mode I didn’t even know I was in 😅
