🧠 THE END 🧠
After three years we have decided to bow out gracefully on a high note with our final release, “Burn It to the Ground”.
We couldn’t have done all we attempted to do without our family, friends, and fans. Although we wanted to carry on as a studio band after playing this performance last May, ultimately it didn’t feel right to carry on in that manner and so on the anniversary of our last performance created this video for you to enjoy and say goodbye together.
We’d like to thank everyone that helped us along the way. The first people that really took us under their wing were the guys in EdgeOverEdge when they invited us onto their podcast. Thank you, Zach and Matt, for the encouragement and opportunities. In fact, that helped line us up with our first show opening for Crobot. How cool is that? Also thank you to all of the bands we've played with these past few years, we made a lot of friends and are blown away with the talent SWMO has to offer.
We’d also like to thank our crew (a.k.a. our significant others) for putting up with us as we tried to make a go at this. They spent so much time and effort helping us with shooting videos, sound, lights, selling merch and keeping us hydrated on stage. We appreciate it more than we probably ever said. Thank you.
Lastly, thank you fans! We wish we had more music to give you, but this is where the bus ends. We had an amazing time the past three years. You helped us chart nationally on college radio. You helped push us to create several amazing music videos (even showing up to be in one of them). You were the best fans a small local band could ever expect!
