Inked By Amanda Amanda Evett is a hand lettering artist living in Northern Colorado. My journey to Etsy began more than a decade ago during a blizzard in Washington, D.C.

Everything shut down for days, which gave me time to dive into hand lettering- an art form that was just coming to the mainstream but had been around a long time. It took me many years and art tools to find where I'm most comfortable with watercolor and digital work. I've designed for multiple weddings over the years, ranging from a food truck sign for a wedding in Hawaii to a wood-burned sweetheart sign for my sister's celebration. My focus now is creating cards for every occasion, fun stickers, and beautiful patterns for your home. My passion is creating art that blends nature with modern lettering. I hope that you enjoy my offerings, because I love creating them!

Jungle friends for a nursery for the Spoonflower pattern challenge! I spent way more time than I intended looking up which animals are actually ā€œjungleā€ versus ā€œsafariā€- these guys were the winners!

Another card redesign, and might be the most dramatic change. I wanted to keep the heavy florals but find a way to better highlight the text. I may have to do this style for more cards, too!
