Big things happening at the North Charleston Arts Fest.
My oldest has a first place face and my middle little won an Honorable Mention for her mixed media piece “All Seasons”.

I received first place for Amateur Monochrome piece “Daydreamer”.

The exhibit is open this weekend as well so go check it out at the North Charleston Convention Center.

I have finally received an update about the oyster I submitted to the town of Mount Pleasant. It is currently on display in the lobby of the Town Hall Gymnasium, located at 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
I am not sure if that will be the final location but for now that’s where BB can be seen during their business hours.

So stop by and check her out and make sure to take a picture/ selfie and post it on my page!

The CAG Fall Signature Show opens today! (October 14-20, 2024) This exciting event offers both in-person and online exhibits with incredible art from our South Carolina residents. Visit the physical exhibition at the Best Friend Train Museum at 42 John Street (between King and Meeting Streets), right next to the Charleston Visitor Center. Open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, this show is made possible thanks to a generous grant from the South Carolina Arts Commission. Don't miss this celebration of local artistry!

"The Road Home" and "The Long Road Ahead" have been selected for the 2024 MOJA Arts Festival Juried Art Exhibition!

I am honored and excited that my work has been chosen for a second year to participate in this phenomenal exhibit.

The exhibit will be on display at the City Gallery from September 20 until October 13.

Still a lot of work to be done on this piece but when insomnia rears its ugly head, you may as well bust out the oil pastels. I haven’t worked with them in years and I forgot how wonderful they are.
