OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUÉ: THE OWERRI WEST MANIFESTO
ISSUED BY:THE EASTERN NIGERIA NATIONAL PATRIOTIC FRONT (ENNPF)
DATE: MAY 14, 2026
LOCATION:OWERRI, IMO STATE / GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS
TO THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY
I. THE ALERT
The Eastern Nigeria National Patriotic Front (ENNPF)hereby alerts the world to a dangerous "test run" of state-sponsored destabilization currently unfolding in Ihiagwa and Eziobodo (Owerri West).
II. THE TRUTH BEHIND THE SMOKESCREEN
We reject the false narrative that these attacks are random ethnic or religious clashes.
The Reality: These are orchestrated maneuvers by the "City Boy" political class to incite "1966-style" Operation Wetie chaos.
The Goal: To create a pretext for a State of Emergency to suppress the democratic movement for a New Nigeria (NDC/Obi/Kwankwaso).
III. TO THE POWER CUSTODIANS & GOVERNORS
We see the "under-the-table" games. This region is home to the most intellectually elite youth in Africa. If you sponsor tension to protect your seats, the lawlessness will find its way to your mansions. Your plan is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
IV. THE CALL TO ACTION
1. To Traditional Rulers: Rise up. A "pregnant goat" must not die on its tether while the elders watch. Protect your land from these disgruntled elements.
2. To Vigilantes:Be "carefully watchful." Monitor the insiders who are opening the gates to discord.
3. To International Stakeholders (UN, EU, AU, and the Trump Administration): Monitor the weaponization of insecurity as a tool for political suppression. We demand accountability for the lives put at risk in Owerri West.
V. CONCLUSION
We are focused on a Great Nigeria, not recycled tragedies. The plan to create a "Jihadist" smokescreen has failed because the people are awake. LET THE SHOOTINGS CEASE IMMEDIATELY.
