Long weekend plans should include a half rack of ribs and a margarita. We don’t make the rules. 🍖🌽

Come see us inside Human Robot Jenkintown this Labor Day weekend for ribs, tacos, burritos, nachos + everything else required for a delicious three-day weekend.

We’re open normal hours this holiday weekend, including Monday. And since today is Friday, we open at 11am!

Pastor Negro appreciation post 🖤🔥

Pastor negro is one of our signature meats and something you might not have tried anywhere else.

To make it, we burn tortillas, spices, and peppers, then cook everything in the ashes to create the rub for our pastor. It’s a long, complicated, beautiful process that we’re incredibly proud of, and one that gives Pastor Negro its distinctive color and flavor.
