Sixty-nine year old Gaylyn Shay turned an old dairy barn into a pirate theme park. PIrates of Green Bridge Park has animatronics, mannequins and pirate displays.

Legend has it that Pirates sailing the Pacific Ocean got lost and sailed into the Columbia River, continued into the Willamette River, then into the North Santiam River and near Greens Bridge landed at our farm, Eager Beaver Farms. We often think of pirates as swashbuckling and daring or evil and brutish, but in actual fact most of them were ordinary people who had been forced to turn to criminal activity to make ends meet. Our Pirates of Greens Bridge never were much good at anything, especially not anything criminal. As a matter of fact, they are quite lovable although certainly not the brightest lights on the harbor. While we sleep the pirates come alive and have turned our very old dairy barn into a Pirate colony under the direction of Captain Bartholomew Blackstone. Inside you will see who they are, where they came from and how they now live. You will also see the "Museum of Whimsy" with countless artifacts of Pirate life. While here you can have your face painted, given balloon twists, have your photos taken by our Photo Booth or even enjoy karaoke. We even have a few stage acts where you can dance or sing with "Elvis". Right now we are only offering private party events until more people know of us. Because of the confusion as to where we are located (we are not located at Beaver Creek) we have changed our business name to "Pirates of Greens Bridge Theme Park". Everything else remains the very same.

Because of so much confusion as to where we are actually located we are changing our LEGAL name from Pirates of Beaver Creek to Pirates of Greens Bridge. It will take a little while to change all of our logos, etc, but, this is by far the best solution since we are located just past Greens Bridge and Beaver Creek does not exist. Everything else remains the same. We will continue to be the very best place for family fun and entertainment. Watch us grow.
