So far, it has been a very busy year. So I want to take a minute to say "Thank you" to all my new and returning clients and to the ones who have sent referrals to me. Y'all have been a true blessing.
Now, it is time for a short break. So from September 22 through October 7, The Purple Cloth will be closed. Although I won't be answering calls or text, during this time, please don't hesitate to leave/send messages. I will reply when I return.

We love the work you did on this dress and would definitely recommend you to others (already have actually). You managed to honor the dress's original 1955 design while making it feel current for today.

Just finished this heming, adding sleeves and other custom touches to this wedding dress.

Ballgown, cathedral train wedding dress that the bride requested, I create a bustle. Due to the length, we chose a French bustle. By using the seam lines and the pleats, in the dress, and multiple tie points, it resulted in a sculpted bustle instead of just the normal gathered poofs.
Also created custom garters. The larger of the two, has the couple's initials and wedding date. The smaller, throw away has their wedding colors.

Recent alterations on a wedding dress. The bride wanted a high/low hem and the zipper replaced with a corset. Plus, she wanted a shorter train. Happy to say, she loved the final results.
